Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1-7 business days to process before they are shipped, holidays and weekends excluded. Please keep that in mind before ordering. There may be a chance that the processing time will be longer than 1-7 business days due to the amount of sales or holidays.

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive - Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS or UPS with any issues with delivery times. Once an item has been shipped, I am is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you suspect your item has been lost or tampered with, please put in a claim with USPS or UPS before sending an email to ApothecaryUniverse@gmail.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.

Please send an e-mail to ApothecaryUniverse@gmail.com or a direct message to the respective Instagram account for any expedited shipping inquiries.  I understand items may be purchased as gifts and are time sensitive so I will try my best to work with you but no guarantees will be made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally.
